Neha Patel
BCBA - Telehealth Program Director

Neha received Bachelor of Arts in psychology and anthropology from Rutgers University as well as a Master of Arts in Applied Behavior Analysis from Rider University.

Neha has 6+ years of work experience in the field and leverages her vast experience in clinical services, data analysis, parent & educator training expertise, and Applied Behavior Analysis to bring out the success of her clients.

Nicole Jeffries
Regional BCBA

Nicole has a beautiful family that includes 4 children, ages 15, 11, 9, and 7.Nicole is originally from Pennsylvania where she completed her undergraduate degree in Psychology at East Stroudsburg University. In 2007 Nicole moved to NC to pursue her Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling and Advanced Applied Behavior Analysis through Nova Southeastern University, which she completed in 2013. Nicole has a strong passion for working with children. She started volunteering at camps designed for children with autism when still in high school and has been in the ABA field for the past 22 years. Nicole has worked in a variety of settings including, in-home, in the community, in schools, and in residential and inpatient facilities. Her passion and drive continue to run strong in helping children on the spectrum to be successful. She is excited to be a part of ProudSteps ABA as a BCBA and Licensed Behavior Analyst!
